Position Objective To provide technical-professional training to young people through practical and theoretical activities, focusing on basic administrative and operational routines in the laboratory environment, promoting the development of professional and behavioral competencies. 2\. Position Requirements **Mandatory Education:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school * Active enrollment in a partner training institution **Desirable Qualifications:** * Proficiency with technology and basic tools (Word, Excel, e-mail) * Clear communication skills and willingness to learn * Commitment to schedules and professional ethics * Interest in professional development in health, administration, or customer service 3\. Duties and Responsibilities * Assist in the administrative routines of the assigned department (filing, document scanning, document verification, etc.); * Support in-person and telephone customer service (under supervision); * Organize office documents and materials; * Assist in customer reception and delivery of test results, where applicable; * Support inventory control and simple requisitions (if assigned to the warehouse); * Participate in internal training and capacity-building sessions; * Adhere to scheduled working hours and tasks defined in the apprenticeship program; * Safeguard the company’s image by respecting ethical and conduct standards; * Follow safety, quality, and confidentiality procedures. 4\. Authority * Request support and guidance from direct supervisors whenever necessary; * Propose suggestions for improving routines in the assigned area; * Report any irregularities to the department head. 5\.
