After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspections and analyses on parts, products, and components to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications. * Operate laboratory equipment used for inspection, testing, quality control, and quality assurance, and prepare reports describing results, detailing structural performance and functionality technically and scientifically. * Develop and compare product technical specifications, verifying their suitability and accuracy. * Provide technical support to processes through practical application of concepts and analyses, ensuring efficiency and precision in task execution. * Conduct empirical tests and studies to identify potential process issues, ensuring appropriate handling and continuous improvement. * Stay updated on trends within your field of expertise, as well as on new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence guidelines. * Perform other professional activities related to and inherent to the position, as directed by supervisors. * Attend internal and external training sessions, following instructions or requests from immediate supervisors. * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical, and Environmental) policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed Technical Course in Chemistry or related fields** (mandatory); * **Active CRQ registration** (mandatory); * Knowledge of **physicochemical analyses and laboratory routines**; * Familiarity with **TPM and/or 5S** is desirable; * Familiarity with **problem-solving tools** (e.g., 5 Whys, 5W1H, etc.) is desirable; **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
