Ensure equipment integrity and information security. **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and notebooks. * Execute replacement and installation of hardware components (memory, HD/SSD, display, keyboard, boards, among others). * Perform formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for resolving incidents related to hardware and software. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Own vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH) for field travel. * Own notebook. * Smartphone for communication and service recordkeeping. * Basic toolkit for notebook and desktop maintenance. * Minimum availability of 5 USB flash drives of 32GB each for technical tasks.
