Your purpose will be to execute processes related to associates' journey, ensuring a human-centered approach and compliance with applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support area projects; * Perform administrative HR routines; * Collect and analyze data to support decision-making, such as preparing reports, charts, and tables from available information; * Lead HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development; * Assist in developing and implementing HR policies for the unit. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in generalist HR roles; * Availability to work onsite.
