




Description: * Bachelor’s degree completed * Fluent English will be considered a plus * Solid experience in the insurance market * Knowledge of travel insurance products * Familiarity with SUSEP regulations * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel * Experience with claims management systems * Strong process and procedural awareness * Analytical ability and organizational skills * Claims Analysis and Adjudication: Conduct detailed analysis and adjudication of high-complexity travel insurance claims (e.g., medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss), verifying coverage and eligibility according to policy terms. * Process Management: Manage the entire claim lifecycle—from initial notification through settlement or denial—ensuring compliance and adherence to service timelines. * Client and Partner Communication: Maintain clear, empathetic, and humanized communication with clients and business partners, providing updates and requesting additional documentation when necessary, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. * Decision Making: Exercise autonomy in making claims-related decisions, handling highly critical cases and potential litigation. * Technical Support and Mentoring: Serve as a technical reference for junior and mid-level analysts, providing support, training, and participating in resolving complex issues. * Control and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all cases, and prepare management reports and departmental performance indicators.
