* Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Prior experience in Personnel Department routines.
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
* Familiarity with payroll, electronic timekeeping, and benefits processes.
* Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity.
Desirable:
* Experience in engineering or civil construction companies.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping systems (e.g., Domínio).
