Develop and qualify suppliers. Define purchasing strategies according to material or service type. Monitor purchase orders to ensure agreed-upon deadlines, costs, and quality. Conduct continuous procurement due diligence. Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal, and contractual requirements. Monitor contracts and commercial proposals together with requesting departments. Support inventory control and inventory processes. Interface with departments such as maintenance, warehouse, and corporate. Previous experience as a Procurement Assistant, Junior Purchasing Analyst, Junior Logistics Analyst, or Junior Procurement Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
