We are seeking a **Field Technical Development Assistant** to join the **EAB team** in **Valparaíso\-SP.**
**Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:**
* Produce healthy sugarcane seedlings by eliminating pests and diseases;
* Set up various field experiments on varieties, fertilization, and soil correction;
* Perform thermal treatment, planting of seedlings, and irrigation;
* Collect samples of sugarcane, soil, fertilizers, and soil amendments;
* Conduct assessments of sugarcane borer infestation;
* Apply ripeners and carry out other tasks as required and per supervisory guidance.
**Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:**
* Primary education;
* Experience in agriculture—considered a plus;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
* Commitment to safety.
