You will serve as the right-hand partner to the Head of Strategic Finance/IR, leading the full budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling cycle for a multi-entity operation spanning four countries. This is reflected in FP\&A: we work across **multiple technology domains** (ERP, BI, programming languages, analytical databases, generative AI tools), and we expect you to use these tools to build — not memorize. Within the executive leadership team, you’ll work in parallel with the **Controller** and the **FP\&A Specialist**, as complementary peers within Platform / Shared Services, alongside Corporate Finance \& IR — your budget, forecast, and modeling outputs form the analytical foundation supporting investor narratives. **Work location:** Araçatuba/SP. We also welcome remote work arrangements, provided you’re available for travel when required. **See how your day-to-day will look:** * Budget \& Rolling Forecast: Lead the full budgeting cycle — annual budget (top-down and bottom-up), rolling forecasts, and monthly reforecasts — applying driver-based planning across operations in Brazil, the U.S., and Colombia. * Financial Modeling: Build and maintain three-statement models, sensitivity scenarios, and unit economics models to support C-level, Board, and investor decisions. Develop business cases for new initiatives and support capital allocation analyses. * SaaS Metrics \& Revenue Quality: Monitor and analyze ARR, MRR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn, LTV/CAC, revenue cohorts, and pipeline — focusing on revenue quality analysis and metrics such as the Rule of 40. Ensure the CFO and Board have predictive visibility — not just retrospective reporting. * Variance \& Bridge Analysis: Lead variance analysis (budget vs. actual) using MECE principles — building revenue bridges, EBITDA bridges, and waterfall analyses that identify root causes and propose actionable countermeasures. * Board Pack \& Investor Reporting: Produce management reports, board packs, and investor-facing materials with rigorous analytics and clear visual presentation. Support preparation of data rooms and due diligence materials for fundraising or M&A processes when needed. * Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to business units (Sales, Product, Operations), translating financial data into actionable insights and supporting decisions through scenario analysis and ad-hoc modeling. * Automation \& AI: Identify and implement automation opportunities across the FP\&A cycle — from data ETL to automated report generation — leveraging the company’s ecosystem tools (programming, BI, generative AI, RPA). Here, AI is not a buzzword — it’s how the company makes money. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * 3\+ years of experience in FP\&A, Controlling, or Financial Planning — preferably in technology, SaaS, or agribusiness companies; * Proficiency in financial modeling — three-statement models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, unit economics; * Ability to build bridge analyses (revenue bridge, EBITDA bridge) and variance waterfalls with clear narrative; * Advanced Excel \+ experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to build analytical dashboards; * Experience across the full budget \& forecast lifecycle — not only execution, but coordination, driver-based planning, and rolling forecasts; * Knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, LTV, CAC, Rule of 40) or strong willingness to learn quickly; * Advanced English — reading reports and board packs, and interacting with international teams; * Familiarity with AI applied to finance — generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), autonomous agents, or AI tools; **Preferred qualifications:** * ERP experience (SAP B1 HANA, S/4HANA, Oracle, Totvs, or similar); * Programming (Python, SQL, VBA) for automating financial processes; * Exposure to M\&A, due diligence, or fundraising processes (data rooms, QoE, normalized EBITDA); * Experience managing multi-country operations and IFRS consolidation; * Background in agribusiness or technology-based companies with recurring revenue. **Stack \& Ecosystem** You don’t need to master all of this on Day 1 — but you must have the appetite to learn: * ERP: SAP Business One (HANA) \+ SAP S/4HANA (dual operation); * FP\&A: Datarails (Finance OS); * BI/Data: DuckDB, Python (automation scripts), interactive dashboards, Power BI; * Productivity: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams; * Automation: Python pipelines, API integrations, AI-assisted analysis; * AI: Generative AI tools integrated into the finance workflow **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Unimed Health Plan (Family coverage) * Odontoprev Dental Plan (Family coverage) * Medipreço Pharmaceutical Plan * PET Plan * Life Insurance * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) * Wellhub Partnership (Gympass) * Childcare Assistance * Health and Wellness Program (*Solinfcare*) * Corporate University (*SolinfAcademy*) **If you’re seeking a challenge in a strategic and innovative sector, join our team!** We are a global leader in agribusiness technology, combining Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and automation to transform how food is produced.
