This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * As a driver instructor, your mission is to conduct practical selection tests, deliver hands-on training, and assess the technical and behavioral performance of driver candidates. Additionally, you are responsible for delivering refresher safety training to fleet drivers, inspecting vehicle conditions, handling accident claim processes, and supporting the workplace safety team in route mapping. * Deliver refresher safety training to fleet drivers. * Map new routes jointly with the workplace safety team. * Handle traffic violation processes received by drivers. * Manage vehicle accident claim processes. * Monitor and evaluate driver performance. * Participate in the selection process for drivers and parking attendants. * Grade theoretical and practical tests for drivers and parking attendants. * Analyze traffic violations or accidents and develop action plans. * Conduct theoretical and practical training for new drivers and parking attendants. * Support the regulation and authorization of truck circulation licenses. * Analyze fleet and driver performance indicators. * Submit service requests for user registration and fuel card applications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Education: Completed High School * Preferred: Technical Education in Logistics and/or related fields * Experience in transportation and instruction * Specific/Technical Knowledge \- Hard Skills: * Category E Driver's License * Valid Instructor Certification or Updated Refresher Course * Fleet Performance Indicators (BI) * Traffic Legislation * Route Planning **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
