At the Customer Squad, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for critical systems that support essential services for everything related to customer support. **Responsibilities and duties** As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on challenging projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust solutions. Your main responsibilities will be: * Map out the best technical solution to meet demands, validating proposals with the Tech Leader; * Develop features and improvements following quality standards and best practices; * Contribute to the definition and evolution of innovative solutions for our products; * Fix bugs and resolve technical debt, ensuring system integrity; * Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for performance optimization; * Collaborate in adopting and improving processes within the squad; * Implement applications with a focus on observability and monitoring; * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Requirements: **Requirements and qualifications** We are looking for proactive professionals passionate about technology. The essential requirements for the position are: * Experience in development with JavaScript and Node.js (v18 or higher); * Solid experience in test-driven development, preferably using Jest; * Proficiency in implementing APIs and handling non-relational databases (MongoDB is essential); * Experience with containers in development environments; * Knowledge in observability, including application instrumentation and monitoring; * Practical experience in microservices environments and communication via APIs; * Familiarity with messaging mechanisms (e.g.: SQS, SNS, EventBridge); * Experience with serverless architectures on AWS (API Gateway, Lambda). * Solid experience in frontend development with any framework (Preferably VueJS) * Practice and commitment to Clean Code principles and application of Clean Architecture concepts in software development. * Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience with Serverless Framework is a plus.
