This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.### **Job Requirements** • Salesforce Vlocity professional with over 5 years of experience in LWC, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Flow, Process Builder, CPQ, and integrations. • Proven experience leading Salesforce projects throughout the entire SDLC. • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and declarative Salesforce tools. • Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, especially with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs. • Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications. • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. • Proficiency in code reviews and deployment management using GitHub and Jenkins. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Proactive attitude toward tracking platform enhancements and release updates. • Experience coordinating with business stakeholders to prioritize requests, plan sprints, and ensure efficient deliveries.### **Your Responsibilities** • Lead and guide the entire Salesforce software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and declarative tools. • Focus on Salesforce Vlocity development, emphasizing Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)/CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs). • Manage offshore teams and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization. • Provide technical leadership to junior developers, including planning, task assignment, and code review, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and business value. • Estimate effort and timelines for user stories and tasks, supporting effective sprint planning. • Plan and create sprints, ensuring balanced workload distribution and alignment with project schedules and objectives. • Assign tasks to team members based on skills, availability, and priorities. • Conduct daily stand-up meetings to track progress, gather updates, and identify/remove blockers. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and issues affecting delivery. • Interact with the QA team to review test scenarios and support test planning activities. • Coordinate with business users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring feature validation and final sign-off. • Perform detailed code reviews and manage deployments using GitHub and Jenkins. • Be accountable for the successful delivery of assigned Salesforce solutions, meeting both technical and business expectations. • Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and release updates, proactively managing critical upgrades.### **It’s important to remember that...** At UDS, we hire competent individuals eager to transform through their knowledge.
