Continuously implement, review, and improve clients’ financial policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and market best practices through audits and periodic reviews. Supervise clients’ monthly and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial information through coordination with accounting and finance teams. Develop and apply financial benchmarks for clients, identifying new ideas and practices that can be implemented to enhance process efficiency through market research and benchmarking. Provide technical and strategic support to clients’ finance teams, fostering continuous development and knowledge updating through training and capacity-building programs. Act as the primary contact point for clients’ internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance of financial processes through preparation and presentation of detailed documentation and reports. Analyze and identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency in clients’ financial processes, implementing innovative solutions and continuous improvement practices.
