Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * High School Diploma; * Technical education completed or in progress (Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or Pulp and Paper) is desirable; * Basic Office package skills; * Availability to work 5X1 shifts; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean, 5S, Standardized Work, Kaizen is desirable; * Availability to reside in Valparaíso\-SP, Guararapes\-SP, Mirandópolis\-SP. WHAT YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: * Ensure standardized operation according to procedures (SOP) and process parameters (Process Map), always seeking continuous improvement; * Perform inspections of lines and equipment to identify losses and anomalies; * Internal cleaning of equipment; * Conduct sampling, collection, and analysis, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Loading and unloading of raw materials, and invoice verification; * Responsible for controlling raw material inventory, performing replenishments and ensuring continuity of dosing and FIFO among products; * Operation of forklift for routine activities; * Cleaning and organization of the area; * Support minor operational maintenance on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Implement safety tools and Alert system (AAS, AST, Intervention); * Participate in SER\+ tools (5S, Kaizen and PDCA); * Work in a team, sharing information and tasks with other employees; * Ensure information reporting between shifts; * Report activities and results to the area manager 2511130202461866158
