### **General Information** **Country**Brazil **State/Region**Ceará **City**Russas **Team**Grids and Innovability **Seniority**Junior (0\-1 years of experience) **Job Type**Permanent **Hire Type**Full\-Time **Work Regimen**On\-site **Posting Date**08\-Jan\-2026 **Expiration Date**15\-Jan\-2026 **Company**COMPANHIA ENERGÉTICA DO C ### **Description and Requirements** **Position:** Junior Electrical Field Systems Technician \- Russas (CE) **Description and Requirements** **Who you will work with:** You will join the **Dispatching and Services** team responsible for: • Conducting scheduled inspections from the Annual Inspection Plan (AIP); * Registering anomalies in GOM, assigning criticality according to the inspection procedure; * Conducting field inspections to perform pre\-JSA, identifying all activity\-related risks; * Preparing pre\-JSA for all scheduled activities; * Performing gemba walks with scheduled maintenance teams; * Supervising execution of scheduled activities, identifying and proposing process improvements; • Registering unmapped defects detected in the field. • Developing Work Plans; * Conducting qualitative and safety inspections within the Regional Base. **What you will do:** **In this role, you will be responsible for:** Coordinating electricians and technicians in the field, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, targets, and technical standards. **What we expect from you:** **Mandatory Academic Qualifications** Completed High School. Technical qualification in Electrotechnology. A university degree in Engineering—preferably Electrical Engineering—is considered an advantage. **Technical Requirements:** 1\. 2 to 4 years of experience in Operations. 2\. Experience in scheduling maintenance or construction works on distribution networks. **Desirable:** 1\. Experience in managing completion of construction and maintenance projects in the medium\- and low\-voltage electricity distribution sector; 2\. Knowledge and practical experience using operational systems GOM, SGM, E\-order, and Services Portal; 3\.
