It handles structuring, analysis, and granting of credit, aligning terms with customers’ needs and financial capacity. It supports the achievement of goals and investments, focusing on medium- and long-term horizons. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As an Operations Analyst PL, you will work in the Quality and Vehicle Complaints area, with the following main responsibilities: * Map our customers’ end-to-end journey and identify pain points and opportunities; * Understand KPI goals and priorities — both operational and financial; * Provide insights from customer interactions to influence and facilitate business-area decisions; * Prepare product insights to guide business decisions and influence deliverables; * Conduct in-depth analysis of complex issues to identify root causes and potential solutions; * Establish and coordinate meetings to generate insights and investigate hypotheses; * Build and manage relationships with partner areas; * Track and identify opportunities to improve after-sales service performance. **Work Model** Hybrid — 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco — SP **Profile We’re Looking For** We value professionals who deeply understand customers, collaborate closely with partners, and transform knowledge into impactful outcomes.
