The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring facility security and access control, strictly adhering to established security policies and regulations. The Access Controller must manage and supervise the access control system, ensure authorized personnel entry and exit, and continuously monitor activities within the facilities. The professional must remain vigilant for suspicious behavior and promptly report any incidents to the security team. Additionally, regular inspections must be conducted to ensure all security protocols are being followed. Experience in access control or similar areas is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and attention to detail.
