About the Information Technology Department The Information Technology department is responsible for ensuring the full functionality of the company’s technological infrastructure, guaranteeing user support, system stability, connectivity, and operational security. The team operates strategically, supporting administrative and operational departments and directly contributing to the efficiency of internal processes. Job Responsibilities * Assemble and maintain computers; * Provide technical support to internal users; * Work with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems; * Support print server administration; * Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365; * Assist with network infrastructure-related requests; * Support the organization, control, and documentation of IT assets. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical course (completed or in progress) in Networking, Information Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance; * Basic understanding of networking; * Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems; * Experience or knowledge of print server administration; * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 support; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
