Support in procurement department routines We are looking for a **Procurement Assistant** to work in the cosmetics sector, providing support to departmental routines, monitoring purchase orders, and assisting in negotiations with suppliers, ensuring organization and agility in processes. **Responsibilities:** Support the department in requesting quotations and price proposals from suppliers; Assist in creating and tracking purchase orders in the system; Monitor delivery deadlines and follow up on order status with suppliers; Support inventory analysis, product turnover, and restocking needs; Assist in verifying invoices, commercial terms, and documentation; Maintain updated product and supplier databases; Provide support to Sales, Marketing, and Inventory departments as needed; Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies. **Requirements** * Prior administrative experience (preferably in procurement, logistics, or inventory); * Organized, detail-oriented, and agile; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal ease; * Basic negotiation and performance indicator tracking knowledge (a plus); * Proficiency in Excel; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in cosmetics retail; * Interest in learning about industry trends and brands; **Education** Currently pursuing or completed technical or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields. **We Offer** * Collaborative and dynamic work environment; * Opportunity for development and growth. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Work Location:** Rua Vilela, 665 — Carrão ***If you seek an opportunity to grow and join an inclusive and diverse team*** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Dental Plan * Transportation Allowance * Hapvida Health Insurance (co-payment) * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher
