This includes partner development, should-cost modeling, proposal analysis, market benchmarking, identification of cost optimization opportunities, and, critically, negotiating contract drafts and managing discussions through to final signature. * **Contract Management:** Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring timely and data-driven adjustments whenever necessary. * **Strategic Supplier Management:** Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, supporting performance monitoring, service-level assurance, and compliance — all aimed at operational excellence and risk mitigation. * **Business Unit Integration:** Act as a strategic partner, ensuring effective communication and alignment with respective stakeholders to support efficient and integrated processes. * **Strategic Decision Support:** Actively contribute to building strategic KPIs, analyses, and presentations for management, as required. * **Expected Outcomes:** Ensure excellence in service procurement by continuously optimizing costs, strictly enforcing contractual compliance, and strategically developing the supply chain. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to take on this challenge:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proficiency in Google Sheets. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, ORACLE), Ariba, negotiation, and procurement. * Prior experience in the field. **Additional Information** * Medical and dental insurance, extended to dependents; * Partnerships with Gympass and TotalPass; * Flexible meal/voucher allowance; * Transportation allowance, mobility allowance, or on-site parking; * Flexible benefits program; * Zenklub.
