Management of critical situations and identification of commercial opportunities **Employment Type: Temporary / Coverage for 30-day vacation (vacation start date of the employee: 02/03/2026\); Expected Start Date: Early February** This opportunity is **focused on customer relationship \+ operational/technical support during events**, primarily in corporate environments using **audiovisual technology rooms (ProAv)**, such as interactive displays, presentation systems, etc. You will serve as the **customer’s point of contact** during events, ensuring everything functions properly and the customer remains satisfied. **Responsibilities:** * Support **in-person or corporate events**, ensuring **audiovisual equipment** (interactive displays, ProAv rooms) operates correctly. * **Handle equipment** (not just passive observation — hands-on involvement required). * Build and maintain **close relationships with executives and decision-makers of clients**. * Ensure all contracted deliverables are fulfilled correctly: * Service scope * SLA (timelines, quality, service level) * Reports * Serve as liaison between the client and internal departments: * Technical * Operations * Projects * Commercial * Manage **critical situations** (last-minute changes, visible issues, high impact to the client). * Act as a **problem facilitator**, helping the technical team resolve issues quickly. * Identify improvements and commercial opportunities (upsell, new services). * Conduct **client visits** to strengthen relationships. **Salary:** R$4\.688,55; **Benefits:** VA – R$100.00 \+ VR – R$550.00 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Birthday Day Off **Work Location: Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, 2041** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Food Allowance: R$100.00 * Meal Allowance: R$550.00
