Keen eye for digital trends and pop culture. **Job Summary** We are looking for a **Junior-level Motion Design Assistant** to work on **video editing and motion design tailored for social media.** The role requires **agility, creativity, and proficiency in editing tools**, with a profile closely attuned to digital trends. At FSB Holding, your excellence builds our reputation—and vice versa. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Editing short, dynamic videos for TikTok and other social media platforms. * Producing content at a fast pace. * Ability to handle unexpected requests and high-volume production demands. * Active participation in brainstorming sessions and adaptation to cultural trends **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in related fields (Communication, Advertising, Design, Audiovisual). * Experience in video editing for social media. * Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects** and **Adobe Premiere**. * Experience with **CapCut** is desirable (a plus). * Mobile video editing proficiency. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams. * Keen eye for digital trends and pop culture. * Willingness to ask questions and learn quickly.
