**Job Mission**
Responsible for developing, analyzing, and reviewing electrical, electronic, and automation maintenance processes in accordance with corrective and preventive maintenance schedules for the Salvador Airport systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze technical service requests, monitor service indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance programs;
* Develop improvements to enhance the performance of electrical and electronic systems;
* Monitor system maintenance to ensure higher reliability;
* Ensure reliability of the air navigation aid system through preventive action:
* Develop maintenance activity planning considering required resources;
* Specify and analyze maintenance indicators, and develop a dashboard for monitoring and tracking results;
* Review monthly maintenance plans and ensure their execution;
* Establish operational and/or maintenance procedures with the Airport Operations department;
* Specify replacement parts and monitor the material replenishment process;
* Request quotations for products and/or services;
* Evaluate technical documentation (contracts, manuals, electrical/mechanical/automation diagrams);
* Monitor the contracted company’s performance in executing maintenance services;
* Conduct periodic or ad-hoc meetings for strategic decision-making;
* Provide local and remote support to operational and maintenance teams;
* Monitor operational procedures during contingency situations;
* Ensure maximum system operational availability and full functionality of its resources.
**Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.**
**Knowledge and Skills:**
* We seek professionals with academic background or experience in automation, electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or computer science fields, focused on maintenance planning and control, and project development. An analytical mindset, proactivity, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office are desirable to support management activities, indicator tracking, and process optimization.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Specialization in Maintenance Engineering or Maintenance Management, plus advanced English proficiency. Advanced knowledge of operating systems, Power BI, automation software, and programming languages such as C and Python—supporting data analysis, solution development, and process optimization—is also highly valued.
