Job Summary:
We are seeking a committed professional to plan, organize, and coordinate the operational logistics of events, supervise setups and teardowns, and prepare reports.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Plan and organize event operational logistics together with production teams, sponsors, and partners.
Coordinate operational access and authorizations for suppliers, technical teams, and productions.
Oversee loading and unloading operations, including escorting supplier vehicles.
Supervise movement and installation of equipment for events, brand activations, and promotional activities.
Monitor operations to ensure preservation of the park’s infrastructure.
Physically oversee setups, teardowns, and provide operational support during show days.
Organize the weekly operations schedule and the park’s operational activity flow.
Prepare operational and managerial reports, including pre- and post\-event reports.
Compile operational data, consolidate, and submit weekly attendance reports.
Maintain and update the event database.
Support operational communication by organizing information and preparing internal bulletins.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:**
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Event Management, Tourism, Logistics, Public Administration, Cultural Production, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Desirable:**
Intermediate English.
