Job Summary: Responsible for the entire security incident response process, ensuring information security through the management of people, projects, tools, and processes in the corporate environment. Description: Responsible for the entire security incident response process to ensure information security, through the management of people, projects, tools, incidents, and processes within TOTVS's corporate environment (including the International Market). Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO:* Manage information security personnel by monitoring electronic timekeeping records and conducting team feedback and performance meetings. * Manage multidisciplinary problems and incidents related to information security through interviews, meetings, and data analysis; * Serve as the security focal point in the architecture committee, advising and supporting the adoption of information security best practices; * Promote a security-aware culture by delivering lectures and workshops on relevant topics; * Define standards, policies, and procedures based on security processes; * Act as the subject matter expert for information security, supporting problem resolution; * Manage project and ticket metrics through data analysis; * Support information security tools (Antivirus, Encryption, Application Firewall, Proxy, Firewall rule analysis, Network Security, Data Loss Prevention, Password Vault, and Vulnerability Management) through monitoring, updates, and technical support; * Manage system access profiles through risk analysis and access reviews; * Serve as the subject matter expert for internal and external audit processes by leading meetings, collecting evidence, and coordinating with respective departments; * Design, review, and enhance incident response processes; Requirements and Qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. Postgraduate studies or specialization in areas relevant to this role are desirable. * Languages: Advanced English proficiency is desirable. * Certifications: Security tools (Netskope, Cloudflare, Trellix, CrowdStrike, others) — desirable; ITIL, COBIT, ISO27K, or other frameworks — desirable. Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field; 2 years of experience in people management is desirable. 2512070202191851888
