Join our high-performance team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and execute the planning of clients’ communication actions. * Monitor the finalization and production process, ensuring final delivery quality to clients in collaboration with relevant departments. * Monitor, guide, and validate work performed by teams across all agency departments. * Monitor and coordinate client meetings, including agenda preparation, material organization, and documentation via reports. * Organize and manage procedures defined within the Agile Methodology. * Monitor and execute project development workflows, ensuring effective client delivery. * Monitor client presentations of work/projects, requesting and arranging necessary adjustments and quotations. * Update monthly the control of creative assets or creative credit for clients under monthly fee contracts. * Update, manage, and monitor client requests, adhering to quality criteria. * Collect and formalize briefings for new assignments with clients, issuing appropriate PITs. * Support budget control as defined by the client in the communication plan. * Conduct weekly meetings with clients to review results and requests. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and work instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in client service, preferably involving digital media. * Familiarity with the Publi system. * Knowledge of Agile methodology. * Verbal fluency and written communication techniques. #### **We specialize in performance media and content to qualify and increase lead volume for e-commerce or sales teams, reducing customer acquisition cost.
