Job Summary: A fullstack professional with strong expertise in development and architecture, responsible for providing technical leadership to a squad on a BaaS project with deep proficiency in AWS Cloud. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership of the squad, code review, and mentoring. 2. Fullstack development with Java + Angular. 3. Leading the design and review of hexagonal architecture on AWS Cloud. **What We Are Looking For:** =================== A fullstack professional with strong expertise in development and architecture, responsible for providing technical leadership to a squad on a BaaS project. We seek someone with expertise in enterprise applications in an AWS Cloud environment, experience in architectural decisions, hexagonal architecture, code review, and technical mentoring, working across both frontend and backend. **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Serve as the squad’s technical leader, performing code reviews, mentoring, and defining standards; * Develop fullstack solutions using Java \+ Angular; * Lead the design and review of hexagonal architecture and AWS Cloud solutions; * Work on integrations using API Gateway and microservices; * Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners and Architects; **Requirements and Qualifications:** =============================== * Java 17\+ and Spring Boot; * Angular 16\+; * Experience with Microfrontends (Module Federation); * Advanced knowledge of AWS (EKS, ECR, Lambda, S3, CloudFront); * Proficiency in Hexagonal Architecture (Ports \& Adapters); * Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD); * Experience with REST / Open API; * Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines; **Nice-to-Haves:** ================= * Node.js \+ NestJS (client’s BFF standard); * Python / FastAPI; * Experience with Axway API Gateway; * Experience with Dynatrace; * Knowledge of Clean Architecture; * AWS certifications (Developer Associate, DevOps Engineer); **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is collaborative in their responsibilities; * Has the courage to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into creative solutions and pursues excellence in all daily activities; * Possesses strong problem-solving skills; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and managing their own time; * Is interested in tackling challenging and innovative technological situations. **Big enough to deliver – small enough to care.** **\#VempraGFT** **\#VamosVoarJuntos** **\#ProudToBeGFT** With over 35 years in the market and operations in 16 countries, GFT employs more than 12\.000 people worldwide, including 4\.000 in Brazil.
