Qualifications **Skills and Experience** **Technical and behavioral requirements:** * Solid experience with **Java 17/21** and **Spring Boot**. * Experience with **microservice architectures** and API-based integration. * Experience with **SQL databases** (Azure SQL or similar) and **NoSQL databases** (e.g., MongoDB). * Knowledge of **Redis** for caching. * Practical experience with **automated testing** (JUnit and Mockito; BDD with Cucumber is desirable). * Knowledge of **CI/CD**, containers, and **cloud-native concepts on Azure**. * Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and focus on quality and continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **modernizing legacy systems** (coexistence, Strangler pattern). * Knowledge of **load and performance testing** (JMeter).
