Our goal is to become a national benchmark in industrial solutions, promoting continuous process improvement and sustainability. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in at least the third year of a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD * Intermediate proficiency in 3D design software (SolidWorks preferred) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn **Responsibilities:** * Assist management in mechanical engineering project development * Organize operational teams’ work routines * Monitor mechanical manufacturing activities * Serve as the communication hub among the company, operational teams, and management * Support technical problem analysis and resolution during production processes Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing
