Management of timelines, costs, and stages of import processes **Location:** North Zone of São Paulo **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours **Employment Type:** CLT \- On-site **About the Opportunity:** An international trade company seeks a Senior Import Analyst to engage strategically and operationally in import processes. We are looking for a professional with strong hands-on experience in customs clearance, especially in DI registration within the I\-Broker system, who has directly managed operations and fully understands the end-to-end process flow. **Key Responsibilities:** * Full involvement in import processes, focusing on DI registration, verification, and tracking via I\-Broker * Execution and monitoring of customs clearance procedures in practice, including coordination with the Federal Revenue Service and approving agencies * Critical analysis and verification of documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, LI, DI, etc.) * Direct interface with freight forwarders, clients, and customs brokers * Management of timelines, costs, and process stages * Handling fiscal and customs requirements to ensure operational fluidity * Ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures * ️ **Requirements (Mandatory Technical Profile):** * Proven, hands-on experience registering DIs in the I\-Broker system (not just theoretical knowledge) * Experience working at a customs brokerage firm, directly involved in operations * Proficiency in standard customs clearance routines * Experience handling processes with the Federal Revenue Service and approving agencies * Familiarity with all import documentation **We Seek a Candidate Who:** * Has hands-on experience with DI registration and customs clearance * Is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a sense of urgency * Can manage multiple processes simultaneously * Communicates clearly and demonstrates proactive behavior **Salary and Benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 5\.500,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher – R$ 35.00/day * Food allowance – R$ 300.00/month * SulAmérica health insurance (no co-payment) * On-site quick massage * On-site cafeteria * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Daycare assistance * Longevity bonus (every three years) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
