Teamwork and Good Communication **Company located in Vila Olímpia is hiring an Export Clearance Analyst focused on Exportation.** Permanent position! **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields; knowledge of customs legislation; familiarity with SISCOMEX / SINGLE PORTAL systems; proficiency in Excel and Outlook; strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and ability to handle multiple demands and pressure; experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or trading companies. **Main Responsibilities:** DUE registration, CO issuance; documentary verification for exports; monitoring of parameterization (export); DUE correction and cancellation; fiscal classification (NCM / SH); deadline and SLA tracking; communication with clients and freight forwarders. **Remuneration:** Between R$ 4.500,00 – R$ 5.500,00 (negotiable based on professional experience). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:48 (one day per week remote work, Wednesdays), **Benefits:** VT (1% payroll deduction) or parking (if parking, company covers 100% of cost); VR: R$ 42.00/day + VA: R$ 421.58/month + Medical Assistance + Dental Assistance + Partnerships with language schools and universities + Allya – various discounts + Sesc + Total Pass **Work Location: Vila Olímpia – SP** **NOTE: Candidates from Baixada Santista may be considered; in such cases, a 3-month training period will be conducted in São Paulo (company provides shuttle service), followed by relocation to the Santos office.** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Meal Voucher: R$ 39.00/day * Transportation Voucher * Food Voucher: R$ 394.00/month
