Support tax and HR department routines **Accounting Assistant Position – A\&S Contabilidade** A\&S Contabilidade is seeking a proactive and organized Accounting Assistant with strong interest in professional development to join our **Accounting Department**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting reconciliations; * Support monthly accounting closings; * Conduct verification and review of accounting information; * Reconcile payroll and tax records; * Provide support in customer service and clarification of client inquiries; * Assist in completing and submitting ancillary obligations – ECD and ECF; * Support basic routines of the Tax and HR Departments. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (from the 5th semester onward) in **Accounting**; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of accounting practices under Brazilian tax regimes: **Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real, and Third Sector**; * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines; * Knowledge of tax calculation and ancillary obligations; * Familiarity with accounting entries and reconciliations. **Job Details:** * Work Model: On-site (hybrid format possible after probation period) * Location: Vila Matilde – East Zone/SP * Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Remuneration: Starting from R$ 2\.000,00 – candidates must state salary expectations. * Benefits: Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance + Wellhub + iFood Club + Birthday Day Off. **How to Apply:** Send your updated resume with salary expectations to: WhatsApp: (11\) 2652\-8415 Email: rh@ascontabilidadeempresarial.com.br * Join our team!
