Job Summary: Controller Analyst responsible for financial analysis, tax planning, preparation of management reports, and monitoring of budgets and investments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in financial analysis and sales pricing. 2. Preparation of management reports and tax planning. 3. Monitoring of annual budget and investments (Capex). **Position:** Controller Analyst **Main Responsibilities:** * Fixed expense analysis * Sales service pricing determination * Contractual service provision result analysis * Tax planning * Generation of management reports * Preparation of accounting reports under the real profit regime (or presumed profit regime, if applicable) * Monthly closing of the Management Income Statement (DRE) * Responsible for preparing the Annual Budget and consolidating projections developed by managers of each department. * Detailed preparation of the Direct Cash Flow Statement * Monthly preparation of economic\-financial management reports (in addition to accounting reports), especially indicating the status of the financial cycle, operational cycle, financing days, financing days, average collection period, and average payment period. * Addressing improvement opportunities related to internal controls and potential discrepancies with legislation. * Monitoring approved fixed investments (Capex) and their alignment with the budget, as well as unplanned investments. * Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and serving as a key user for modules relevant to this area. * Clarifying questions raised by managers and employees regarding their respective cost center monthly results and forecasts to ensure full achievement of budget and/or forecast targets. **Requirements:** * Experience preparing accounting reports under the real or presumed profit regime * Experience in the transportation and logistics sector * Ability to manage, guide, and lead staff to ensure proper implementation of financial and accounting processes * Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles * Advanced Excel skills (practical test required). **Preferred Qualifications:** * English proficiency * Power BI knowledge **Location:** Tamboré, Barueri \- SP (100% on-site) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with a one-hour break **Salary:** R$ 6\.000,00 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 32.10/day * Transportation Allowance or Parking * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance Payment: R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
