Act as the liaison between MDR detection (Accenture) and immediate internal actions, ensuring critical alerts are investigated and mitigated swiftly within the business context of Rede Américas. * **Monitoring and Triage:** Analyze security alerts generated in real time by SIEM and EDR tools, validate false positives, and escalate confirmed incidents to higher tiers or infrastructure teams. * **Telemetry Analysis:** Correlate logs from multiple sources (Windows, Linux, Networks, Cloud) to reconstruct attack chains and identify exfiltration attempts or lateral movement by threats. * **Intelligence Support:** Assist the CTI Consultant in collecting indicators of compromise (IoCs) following internal incidents and updating environment-specific detection rules for the healthcare setting. * **Incident Response (IR):** Execute initial containment procedures—such as isolating compromised workstations and revoking suspicious credentials—following established playbooks. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Security, or Networking. * **Technical skills:** Operational experience with SIEM (Azure Sentinel) and EDR consoles (Microsoft Defender/CrowdStrike); Intermediate proficiency in query languages (KQL or SPL); Solid knowledge of network protocols and operating systems.
