Responsible for organizing, assigning, and monitoring development tasks, ensuring consistent, on-time, and high-quality deliveries. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and guide development teams on a daily basis * Plan, assign, and monitor tasks and projects * Ensure technical quality of deliverables through code reviews * Address complex technical problems and make technical decisions * Collaborate with other departments to align priorities and expectations * Identify opportunities for improvement in development processes and practices * Act hands-on when necessary **Requirements:** * Proven experience leading or coordinating development teams * In-depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails * Strong ability to conduct code reviews and define best practices * Experience resolving complex technical problems * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills * Experience in high-performance and scalable environments * Knowledge of software architecture
