We value clear communication, diversity, and continuous learning as the foundation of high-performing teams. **Responsibilities:** As a Senior Cloud Systems Administration Analyst, you will have greater technical autonomy, active participation in decisions, and direct client interaction. Your role will be hands-on and end-to-end within modern, critical cloud environments. * Work hands\-on in AWS environments, with end‑to‑end responsibility. * Administer, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure in production scenarios. * Participate in technical meetings and architectural decisions, representing the team to clients. * Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform. * Operate and maintain Kubernetes environments, focusing on stability and performance. * Work within DevOps and SRE contexts, supporting automation, reliability, and observability. * Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution independently. * Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve environments and processes. **Who we’re looking for:** We seek a professional with a solid technical foundation in infrastructure and cloud, a mature profile, and the ability to operate independently in complex environments. * 3 years of hands-on AWS experience, working end-to-end. * Experience in cloud environment projects and/or operations. * Ability to conduct technical meetings with clients independently. * Practical experience with Terraform and Kubernetes. * Generalist profile, with solution-oriented thinking and a focus on stability. * Strong communication skills, organization, and technical accountability. **Requirements:** * AWS certification (any level) — expected requirement for seniority. * Proven experience in administering cloud environments. * Practical (not just conceptual) experience in cloud, DevOps, or SRE. * Ability to clearly explain technical and architectural decisions. **Why build your career at Ingram Micro:** At Ingram Micro, you’ll find global scale with local autonomy, engagement in challenging projects, continuous learning, and genuine opportunities for technical growth.
