WHAT WILL THE OSH SYSTEMS ANALYST DO: Support the development of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management platforms, implement improvements, monitor integrations with other corporate systems, and build dashboards and indicators to support decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Experience using, monitoring, and supporting corporate and OSH management systems; * Familiarity with SOC or similar tools is desirable; * Intermediate knowledge of databases; * Basic understanding of SQL or similar languages; * Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and web services; * General understanding of OSH legislation and corporate OSH processes is desirable; * Basic or intermediate English (desirable). **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU ON A DAILY BASIS** * Support configuration, maintenance, and use of the OSH management platform, ensuring its proper daily operation; * Provide first- and second-level user support, resolving queries, logging incidents, and correctly routing service requests; * Monitor basic system operational routines, identifying common failures and escalating them to the responsible team when necessary; * Monitor system updates, adjustments, and minor improvements, supporting validation jointly with end-user teams; * Support system integration activities, performing basic data verification and facilitating communication between internal departments and vendors; * Collaborate in developing support materials, manuals, and operational guidelines related to system usage; * Support technical training for users, promoting best practices for platform utilization; * Assist in managing user access rights and profiles, ensuring compliance with internal information security policies and LGPD regulations; * Log and monitor inconsistencies identified in OSH modules, providing technical information and evidence to internal support teams or vendors; * Contribute to continuous improvement of system usage processes by identifying opportunities to optimize operational routines. **ATTENTION!
