Job Summary: ETG Group is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to support all stages of the selection process, from job posting to candidate follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Work collaboratively with a focus on helping people ETG Group seeks a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to work at our headquarters. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in posting job openings on recruitment platforms and internal/external channels; * Screen resumes according to position requirements; * Conduct initial contact with candidates (scheduling, alignment, and guidance); * Schedule interviews and monitor selection process stages; * Support screening interviews and administer assessments (behavioral and technical, where applicable); * Record information and keep candidate data updated in the recruitment platform; * Follow up with candidates (both positive and negative responses), ensuring a positive candidate experience; * Support verification of candidate information and documents, when required; * Contribute to talent pool organization and recruitment metrics; * Support continuous improvement of departmental processes and routines. **Requirements:** * Experience in recruitment and selection * Familiarity with recruitment tools * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management **Expected Profile:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive attitude and organizational skills; * Attention to detail; * Agility and sense of urgency; * Ethical conduct and confidentiality; * Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Interest in professional development within the Human Resources field.
