The Operational Support Agent is responsible for providing support to the company's operations, assisting in fleet monitoring and handling daily operational incidents. *Main responsibilities:* * Inspect vehicles in operation; * Provide guidance and support to Drivers and Inspectors; * Assist in cases of bus collisions; * Monitor and assist with route deviations; * Assist in organizing operational garage and road activities; * Communicate with the operational team when necessary; * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. *Requirements:* * Possess driver's license category AB; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Good communication skills and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
