In this role, you will be on the front line ensuring the availability of our products, executing the production plan collaboratively across the supply chain. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Lead short-, medium-, and long-term production planning processes. * Ensure optimal stock coverage for our products. * Define and update inventory policy. * Identify and resolve challenges impacting product availability and production plans. * Maintain constant communication with Factory/Purchasing/BU to align strategies. * Participate in the innovation and SKU renewal process for the category. * Manage area KPIs (COF, Freshness, Stock Cover, Bad Goods, others). **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * SAP + Excel (Pivot Tables; Charts; etc.) + Power BI * Data Analysis * Competencies: Ability to build strong relationships; Teamwork aptitude; Attention to detail; Problem-solving skills; Strong communication
