




Job Summary: SHE responsibilities involve understanding, accepting, and promoting safety, quality, and environmental protection as essential values, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. Set a positive example by complying with standards and procedures, and promote and encourage SHE attitudes and activities 4\. Know and analyze SHE performance indicators for your area 5\. Keep leadership informed about progress toward achieving SHE goals, objectives, and challenges encountered 6\. Participate in scheduled inspections of your area 7\. Prepare Safety FIPs (Field Inspection Plans) 8\. Participate in SHE forums whenever convened 9\. Monitor resolution of green tags for your area via the Management System 10\. Ensure SHE is prioritized in discussion forums within the factory governance system 11\. Report deviations, incidents, and learnings through green tag submissions, Guardian Angel observations, and FIPs 12\. Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S standards 13\. Assess how to perform a task safely before commencing (OPA) 14\. Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Discussions) and safety forums 15\. Know and follow emergency procedures and procedures applicable in case of accidents\/incidents 16\. Know and correctly complete operational checklists for your area 17\. Know and comply with the SHE policy, fundamental and general standards 18\.
