We are recognized as the 7th largest pharmacy network in the country (ABRAFARMA 2022\), transforming the lives of thousands of people every day by offering quality products that promote well-being and health for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Negotiate strategic commercial terms with the pharmaceutical industry. * Ensure continuous supply of the pharma portfolio. * Evaluate supplier performance and propose improvements. * Analyze and validate commercial agreements and allowances. * Monitor KPIs and develop action plans. * Lead continuous improvement processes in the procurement area. * Support strategic decisions of the commercial department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Solid experience in Retail Procurement; * Strategic vision and ability to make decisions with direct business impact; * Proficiency in Excel; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in business-related fields (preferred); * Solid experience in pharmaceutical retail procurement, preferably with medications (Reference, Generic, and MIPs); * Advanced knowledge of negotiation, financial analysis, and category management; * Analytics tools (Power BI preferred) and advanced Excel; * Experience with ERPs and industry-specific systems; * Experience with major retailers.
