We help professionals reinvent how they work — our team of specialists brings together information, innovation, and insight to unravel complex situations across Tax, International Trade, Accounting, and Legal markets, supporting our customers in decision-making. **About the Role** In this role as a Senior Requirements Analyst, you will: * Facilitate stakeholder meetings to identify, analyze, and document business requirements; * Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements; * Conduct data analysis to understand existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement; * Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and correctly implemented; * Promote innovation by exploring new approaches and technologies to enhance product offerings; * Prioritize requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment; * Participate in group problem-solving sessions to address challenges and find effective solutions; * Ensure all requirements are meticulously organized and maintained throughout the project lifecycle; * Act as a customer advocate, ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver a positive experience. **About You** For this position, we seek professionals with the following Skills \& Experience: * Hands-on experience with electronic fiscal documents: NF\-e, NFS\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e, and related documents. * Proficiency in DFe (Electronic Fiscal Documents) and its core processes. * Experience as a Business/Product Analyst, Implementation Specialist, Support Analyst, and/or Product Owner, collaborating with product/engineering teams. * Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal tax legislation and regulations. \#LI\-RB1 **What We Offer** * **Hybrid Work Model:** We adopt a flexible hybrid workplace (2\-3 days per week in the office, depending on the role) for office-based roles, ensuring an integrated and consistent experience both digitally and in person. * **Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:** ""Flex My Way"" is a set of policies designed to support the management of personal and professional responsibilities — whether caring for family, participating in community activities, or dedicating time to rest and personal renewal.
