Job Summary: The Paralegal Analyst will independently manage corporate and business legalization routines with technical accuracy, ensuring registration, tax, and regulatory compliance. The Paralegal Analyst will be responsible for independently managing, with technical accuracy, corporate and business legalization routines for client companies. They will ensure registration, tax, and regulatory compliance before federal, state, and municipal public agencies, while also advising clients and supporting the department’s decision-making process. **Description** * Independently manage corporate processes: **company incorporation, bylaw amendments, tax regime enrollment and disenrollment, and company dissolution**. * Analyze and review corporate structures, articles of incorporation, and related documents. * Conduct **queries and management of negative certificates (CNDs)** across all jurisdictions, ensuring validity control and resolution of pending items. * Verify **address feasibility** and other municipal requirements prior to filing submissions. * Perform **tax and registration regularization**, including debt settlement, CNAE code adjustments, registrations, and registration updates. * Manage **licensing procedures**: operating permits, Sanitary Surveillance, Fire Department approvals, state registrations, and other specific authorizations. * Initiate and monitor **digital processes (e-Processes)** on e-CAC and other government platforms. * Draft applications, declarations, and official letters to fulfill regulatory requirements. * Monitor statutory deadlines and public agency guidance to mitigate risks of noncompliance. * Provide consultative support to internal and external clients, clarifying questions regarding corporate, tax, and registration matters. * Support the team with technical analyses and distribute more complex tasks. * Monitor regulatory changes related to business registration and licensing. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: **Law, Accounting, Business Administration**, or related fields. * Solid experience in corporate routines within accounting firms or legal/paralegal departments. * Proficiency in the following systems: * + **Commercial Registry / Redesim / REGIN** + **Brazilian Federal Revenue Service / e-CAC** + **Municipal governments (via municipal systems)** * Advanced knowledge of procedures for company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **advanced licensing** (Sanitary Surveillance, high-risk activities, special digital procedures). * Experience in strategic corporate analysis (restructurings, more complex amendments). * Knowledge of ancillary obligations related to business registration. * Prior experience in accounting firms or corporate departments. * Experience with opening and processing licenses (Sanitary Surveillance, Fire Department, Operating Permits, etc.). * Knowledge of municipal and state legislation applicable to business activities. **Benefits** that set the **MHM Group** apart * **NotreDame Intermédica Health Insurance – no co-payment and no payroll deduction** Because health is a priority—and here you take care of yours without unexpected expenses. * **Flash Benefits Meal Voucher – no payroll deduction** Flexible, modern, and deducted from neither your paycheck nor your wallet.
