We are looking for a BDR (Business Development Representative) to actively prospect and generate qualified pipeline, directly contributing to the growth of the sales team. This person will play a strategic role in identifying, qualifying, and routing opportunities to the sales team. Key Responsibilities Active lead prospecting (Outbound, Social Selling, and multichannel outreach); Identifying and qualifying decision-makers and influencers within target accounts; Executing contact cadences via email, LinkedIn, and phone, using a consultative approach; Conducting initial diagnostic meetings and pain point identification; Qualifying opportunities based on ICP, context, need, and purchase potential; Scheduling and executing structured handoffs of opportunities to Hunters/AEs; Continuously updating and organizing the CRM; Maintaining constant alignment with marketing and sales teams to improve pipeline quality. Requirements and Qualifications Experience with active prospecting (outbound) and lead qualification; Experience with initial consultative outreach; Knowledge of sales funnel, ICP, and commercial metrics; Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar); Experience with prospecting and social selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
