**Job Description:**

Act as a technical sales representative, developing projects with construction companies, real estate developers, architects, and designers, ensuring product specification in descriptive specifications and generating a qualified sales pipeline for the commercial team to convert into sales.
The Senior Technical Specifier is responsible for transforming technical relationships into business opportunities, working autonomously on regional projects and supporting strategic projects led by Senior Specifiers.
**Responsibilities:**

Develop technical relationships with construction companies, real estate developers, architects, and architecture firms within your region;
* Participate in the preparation and influence of descriptive specifications;
* Identify project opportunities and register the technical pipeline in the system;
* Ensure structured technical briefings for the sales team (scope, products, estimated volumes, timeline);
* Collaborate with sales representatives and Key Account Managers to convert projects;
* Provide technical support for commercial negotiations when necessary;
* Monitor project progress through to the closing phase;
* Participate in technical visits and solution presentations;
* Support Senior Specifiers on more complex projects;
* Interface with Field Technical Support during construction execution.
**Requirements:**
---------------
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
* Accepted Technical Certifications:
Chemistry Technician \| Building Construction Technician \| Civil Technician
* Practical experience in construction sites, civil construction, or the paint / finishing market;
* Experience with material specification and reading architectural drawings;
* Knowledge of construction systems and product applications;
* Willingness to travel (São Paulo, Central-West, and Bahia regions);
* Valid Driver’s License Category B;
* English (preferred).
