We seek professionals focused on Proactivity, Productivity, Consultative Approach, and Problem-Solving Ability. **Job Objective** Execute and analyze accounting procedures with a high degree of accuracy, providing solution-oriented support while ensuring clients’ legal compliance. **Responsibilities** * Perform accounting classifications, reconciliations, and journal entries. * Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, and other financial statements. * Ensure timely delivery of ancillary obligations within established deadlines. * Conduct analytical and consultative analysis of changes in equity. **Requirements** * Completed or near-completion undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Production Engineering. * Practical experience in routine accounting tasks and procedures. **General Conditions and Benefits** * **Work Location:** Grageru, Aracaju – SE. * **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday. * **Health Insurance:** 50% subsidy for the HAPVIDA health plan. * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 150.00 per month. * **Transportation Benefit.** * **Annual Bonus:** Additional 3% of the position’s salary per full year of service, capped at 15% after the 5th year. * **Educational Assistance:** Equivalent to 10% of the current minimum wage (BRL 162.00 for this year).
