If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and monitor the execution of concrete wall structures; * Supervise formwork assembly, alignment, and bracing; * Ensure proper execution of reinforcement bars, inserts, and embedded installations; * Monitor concrete pouring, formwork removal, and tower production cycles; * Control plumb, level, and quality of structural elements; * Manage production teams and meet project schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in structural construction (foreman/supervisor); * Hands-on experience with concrete walls and formwork; * Ability to read and interpret structural drawings; * Experience managing construction teams; * Knowledge of dimensional control (plumb, level, alignment); * Basic knowledge of occupational safety in civil construction. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance \- Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan’s table value, with co-payment \- 30%); * Dental Insurance \- Hapvida and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance \- MetLife; * Meal Voucher; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * PLR \- Profit Sharing.
