Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and update physical and physical-financial construction schedules (baseline and revisions); * Perform executive planning for sanitation construction projects (WTPs, WWTPs, water and sewage networks, pumping stations); * Monitor physical progress of construction works, analyze schedule deviations, and propose corrective action plans; * Control costs and measurements of completed services; * Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); * Support budget preparation and planning for new projects; * Interface with field teams, project teams, procurement, and contracting departments; * Support contract management, including analysis of claims and amendments; * Apply planning methodologies and tools (e.g., S-Curve, WBS, Critical Path Method); * Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards; * Participate in progress meetings with clients and stakeholders. * Adhere to internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active CREA registration; * Experience in urban infrastructure construction execution; * Driver’s license category B; * Full availability for travel; At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture at all times.
