This position is ideal for individuals seeking their first job and aiming to develop administrative and interpersonal competencies within a continuously learning environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support administrative routines across company departments (e.g., customer service, document and file organization); * Assist in customer reception and routing of requests; * Support internal activities across various departments, as directed by leadership; * Participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company or its program partner institution. **Required Qualifications:** * Be aged between 14 and 24 years (per current legislation governing apprenticeship programs); * Be currently enrolled in and regularly attending school (elementary or high school), or have already completed high school; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are a plus.
